Why a robe, not a towel
A towel gets them damp. This keeps them warm.
A towel pushes water around and leaves your dog cold and damp on the drive home. The robe covers the back, chest, belly and upper legs, and its reflective inner layer returns their own body heat — no power, batteries or heating element.

Take it off at home. When it needs it, machine wash at 30°C and hang to dry — then roll it up for the boot.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, then delivery takes 7–12 working days, with tracking emailed as soon as it ships. Delivery is free to any UK address, and all UK VAT and duties are prepaid, so there's never anything to pay on delivery.
What if I order the wrong size?
Send it back within 30 days, unused and unwashed, for a full refund. Or email us your dog's breed before you order and we'll tell you exactly which size to get.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C and hang to dry. Avoid the tumble dryer and fabric softener to keep the waterproof backing working properly.
