These terms
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Products
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen. Sizes are given as a guide — please check our size guide before ordering, and contact us if you're unsure.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full.
Delivery and returns
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to cancel and return is set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your consumer rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Hexacom Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
