Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times

Standard delivery — 7–12 business days — Free Delivery

Free standard delivery on all orders

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Most orders arrive well within this window, but please allow the full period before contacting us about a delay.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–3 days to begin updating — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Customs and duties

All prices include UK VAT and duties. You will never be asked to pay anything additional on delivery.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by courier backlogs or bad weather, particularly in December. We'll always keep you updated, and if your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days we'll refund or replace it in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and we can't refund orders returned to us because of an incorrect address.
