Rainhound delivery explained: dispatch, 7–12 working days and tracking

Rainhound orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive 7–12 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free to any UK address with no minimum spend, and UK VAT and duties are already paid, so there is nothing to pay on the doorstep. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, we'll refund or replace it.
Why does delivery take 7–12 working days?
Rainhound is a UK company based in Gravesend, Kent. Our products are made by our manufacturing partner overseas and sent directly to you, rather than stored in a UK warehouse first. That keeps our prices where they are, but it means a longer delivery time than next-day retailers. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you.

Will I have to pay anything on delivery?
No. All prices include UK VAT and import duties, and delivery is free. You will never be asked to pay a customs charge or handling fee when your parcel arrives.
My tracking hasn't updated for a few days
That's normal, especially in the first week and during the international part of the journey, when parcels travel in bulk and aren't scanned as often. Tracking usually picks up again once your parcel reaches the UK carrier. If nothing has moved after 10 working days, email support@rainhound.com with your order number and we'll chase it.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Please check your address carefully at checkout: once a parcel is dispatched we can't change the address, and parcels returned because of an incorrect address can't be refunded.
Ordering for Christmas
Because delivery takes 7–12 working days after dispatch, please order by Thursday 3 December 2026 for delivery before Christmas. Earlier is safer: carriers are busiest in December. Orders placed between 1 November and 24 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027.
What if it's the wrong size?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Send it back unused and unwashed for a full refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Questions owners ask
Can I get next-day delivery?
Not at the moment. Every order ships directly from our manufacturing partner, so delivery takes 7–12 working days after dispatch.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No, UK addresses only for now.
Who do I contact about a late parcel?
Email support@rainhound.com with your order number. There's no call centre: one of us reads every email and replies within a working day.
